Some plants do not have fruit that the seed grows in, but have a pod called a bean. A bean is the part of the plant that holds the seeds. There are many different kinds of bean plants but they all grow in a similar way. Bean seeds wait to germinate until 3 basic needs are met: water, right temperature (warmth), and a suitable location (such as in soil).

The bean seed is covered in a hard outer shell. When water is added to the seed, it swells and the seed bursts open. As the roots grow, a stem will also appear. The bean uses the food in the seed to grow.  Leaves will grow on the stem and stretch towards the light.

The next stage in the life cycle of a bean plant is the flowering stage. In the flowering

stage the bean ptant produces, or makes flowers. Bean ptant flowers have male and female

parts. We dissected a flower by cutting, or separating it into its different parts and studying each part.

The female part of the flower is called the pistil. The pistil contains the stigma, style

and ovary The male part of the flower is called the stamen. The stamen contains the anther

and filament The flower has pgtats. sepals and a peduncle, or stem too.

It’s just started. Plants need water, warmth, nutrients from the soil, and light to continue to grow.

But now the great commodity of Grapes come from the US, in California. An American Viticultural Area (AVA) is a delimited grape-growing region distinguishable by geographic features, with boundaries defined by the United States government’s Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB). The TTB defines these areas at the request of wineries and other petitioners. There are 173 AVAs in 30 states, with 97 of them in California. They range in size from the Ohio River Valley AVA at 26,000 square miles (67,300 km²) across four states, to the Cole Ranch AVA in Mendocino County, California, at only 62 acres (25 hectares).
All of M&M’s fresh grapes and a large portion of its fresh juice comes out of various California locations. Some of these locations or appelations fall within what is know as AVAs.

 Selecting Grape Vines

One of the most important things you can do when making the decision to plant grape vines is to be aware of your hardiness zone. Selecting grape vines that aren’t hardy in your particular zone will most likely end in disaster.

 Grape Vines Varieties

Once you’ve determined your zone you can start the fun part of planting grape vines- selecting which varieties you’d like to plant. The following is a sampling of the different varieties and what you can do with these types of grapes:

• Concord- these familiar blue grapes are probably the most versatile vines you can grow in zones 5 through 8.
• Frontenac- a great winter-hardy grape that can be grown in zones 3 through 7. Used primarily for wine making.
• Golden Muscat- produces large clusters of golden colored grapes perfect for eating. These are perfect for gardens in zones 5 through 8.
• Marquis Seedless- a green seedless grape perfect for everything, from raisins to wine. Does best in zones 5 through 8.
• Chardonel- an amber grape that is perfect for winemaking. Grows in zone 5-8.

 Planting Grape Vines

Where you choose to plant your grape vines will make all the difference in whether they grow beautifully or simply die in the ground. The following guidelines will help you plant your grape vines successfully on your property.

1. Decide Where to Plant

choose an area that has plenty of sunlight or among an existing fence line, on a trellis or you may build an arboretum that they can climb as they grow.

2. Prepare the Ground

Grapes hate to have their feet wet, so be sure proper drainage exists where you plan to grow them.

3. Planting the Vine

Carefully place the grape vine in the hole you have dug. After you have planted your grape vines, water them generously, but don’t drown them.

 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter, reduced-calorie
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
4 packages Sweet ‘n Low sweetener, or Equal
3/4 cup unsweetened pineapple juice

Instruction:

Melt butter over low heat. Add graham cracker crumbs. Mix well.

Press mixture on bottom and sides of 9-inch pie pan that has been sprayed with vegetable spray.

Wash and slice strawberries. Mix cornstarch with 1/4 cup pineapple juice. Cook over low heat until thickened and clear, stirring constantly.

Add remaining pineapple juice and stir until thick. Remove from heat and add Equal.

Stir in fruit. Spoon into graham cracker crust. Chill. Serve with low-calorie whipped topping, if desired.

8 servings. Serving Size: 8

First steps to grow blueberries is select healthy young plants from a reputable nursery or garden supply store . And then plant them in the spring. Blueberries grow best is full sun. Make space blueberry bushes about five to six feet apart to another.

Now the waiting begins, keep watering it correctly. A new bush will produce fruit in the third year! Long time to test your patience, are you a good gardener or not.  After that, your bush will thrive for many years to come with just a little care and maintenance. Add fertilizer once in the spring and again in late summer.

Pruning Blueberry Bushes

Buds for next year’s fruit forms in late summer through early fall. Blueberry buds for next year will form on second year wood. Pruning is recommended in the winter. As you prune the newest growth, you are reducing production for the following year. As you cut well down an established stalk, you are cutting reducing fruit production for the upcoming year.

Specifically, birds love blueberries. But I’m sure you don’t want to share your blueberries with them. So, if you are going to grow blueberries, you need a plan of attack to keep the birds away.  One approach is to simply share your fruit with them.  I  recommend you make those birds feel blue. Take the fruit of your labor away from them.

1.The first step how to grow grapes is to select the type of grape you want to grow. Most varieties of grapes will not begin producing fruit until about two to four years after being planted.
2.If you have bare rootstock, and you cannot plant the vines as soon as you get them, place the roots in a bucket of water and soak them. Do not soak them for more than a day, or the roots can be ruined.
3.You should plant your grapevines at least 8-10 feet apart in rich, well-drained soil. Grapevines thrive in sandy or rocky soil.
4.If you plant your grapes in a bottom-land where water does not drain around the roots.
5.After planting, water your young vines well, soaking the entire root. Keep the roots moist for the first month if possible.
6.You will want to cultivate a large area around the base of the plants (at least 8 feet around the base).
7.Check the leaves in the first couple years. If your vines are not receiving enough nutrients or if the soil is poor, add about 6 inches of compost in around the base of the plant. growth.
8.Train your grapevine on a trellis.
9.Pruning diverts the energy from the roots and vines into the fruit. New vines grow from buds on last year’s vines. If left unchecked, the vines will become an unruly mess.

Instructions 

• Take a ping-pong ball and, with the help of needle or nail, make a hole in it, large enough to fit in the fuse.

• Now, pour the black powder into the bigger hole, making sure to fill the ball only up to 75 percent.

• Insert the fuse into the first hole, the one you made with the help of needle or nail.
• Now, cover the entire ping-pong ball with the nail polish. It will help increase the noise of the explosion.
